Mr. Butcher co-founded Encapsulation Systems Inc., where R & D agreements led to technology licensees with Ottens Flavors, Nabisco, General Mills, Church & Dwight and DuPont. After licensing technology to DuPont Mr. Butcher joined M-Cap Technologies Intl. as Sales and Marketing Director. Where he spearheaded the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns and developed the company web site.

Responsible for international sales, marketing, and product development. Mr. Butcher was an advisor to R&D on developing new encapsulated products for the food, flavors, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and healthcare industries. Other responsibilities include management and training of sales staff and budget development.
