Mr. Redding started his career as a Mission Specialist for the space shuttle and worked at NASA in conjunction with military uses of the Space Shuttle from 1979 through 1985.

Mr Redding also oversaw sales at DuPont to $ 25 MM over 18 months and Sales at the DuPont/Conagra partnership to $ 43 MM in 2 years.

Bruce also has invested >$6 MM of his own money in Transdermal Specialties Global, Inc.

Mr. Redding has led a highly innovative team to develop a non-invasive drug delivery technology, the U-Strip Patch, since 2016
