For Parkinson’s (Apomorphine Patch), the patient hits one button to turn on the controller and another the patch to follow automatic programmed dosing schedule.
In the first hour the Parkinson’s Patch delivers a “Knock-Down” dose of 2.0 mgs of Apomorphine. Afterwards it delivers a maintenance dose schedule of 0.5 mgs every hour for 24-hrs.
